The large villa is located on a hill in Senigallia, 3 kilometres far from the shore and it enjoys a panoramic view over the sea.

The villa has been completely restored; the living surface is 350 square metres, arranged over two floors and comprises a large hall with arches, a sitting room, a dining room with two fireplaces, a large kitchen, a laundry, big stairs with walls decorated by the “Venetian stucco”. On the second floor, there are three large bedrooms, a large study with balcony, three bathrooms decorated with “stucco”. The second building is 150 square metres, over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open-space for the kitchen and the dining room, a sitting room with a big fire place. On the first floor an open space room. Next to the second building there is a porch of 45 square metres with barbecue. The wine cellar is 60 square metres with a system to keep the right temperature for the wine bottles that are placed on wooden shelves. The garage is 30 square metres.

The villa has been accurately restored. The floors are made of ancient stone and wood, on the ground floor, and parquet flooring on the first floor.
