Position

Cannobio is the latest Italian town on the west store of the Lake Maggiore, before the passes of the St. Gottardo and St. Bernardino.

Building

It is an independent villa on different floors, born in the year 1890 from the enlargement of and old hunting house, and is composed like that:basement floor until a few time ago it was used by the restaurateurs and so it is divided in this way: entrance with two bathrooms on the left and on the right sides, dining room, area with bar + counter for the pizzas and kitchen with independent exit on the back, all for a total surface of 80 smq (these square meters do not comprises the walls, these are net square meters). On the same floor: wide cellar of 45 smq divided into 3 rooms. First floor, that on the side road/entrance is ground floor:entrance + 4 other rooms for 90 smq, of them two are not used and two are used as study. First/second floor: house composed by entrance, wide living room, dining room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom for a total surface of 90 smq. Third/second floor: night area of the house with a bedroom with bathroom for a surface of 22 smq, plus two wide rooms under the roof used as storerooms. The house as a plan private land of about 1,000 smq plus different accessory buildings used as deposit for the equipment + roofing under that there is place for 3 cars, plus a small studio villa with kitchen and bathroom for about 50 smq, plus 500 smq of land on the opposite part of the road used as private parking.

Finishing

The building needs surely works of modernization in the rooms used for catering, works of redevelopment in the rooms that are not used on the entrance floor, while the remaining part has been recently renovated. The villa is near a road and is 500 metres far from the centre.
