Building

The building at present is a hotel and a restaurant. It is so composed: on the ground floor there is the reception area, the common areas (a room with frescos and the breakfast room), the kitchen, two bathrooms, an internal courtyard used as garden with view on the River and a courtyard in the historic centre. On the first floor there are 7 bedrooms each with private bathroom, of different dimensions and furnished with style, which have view on the typical houses of the historic centre and on the Ciuffenna River in a fairy landscape. They have heating and air conditioning systems on the floor, Wi-Fi Internet connection, and phone with external direct line, satellite TV, minibar, and strong-box with personal code, heated towel, and hairdryer. The bathrooms have bath or shower and panoramic view. Next to the accommodation facility there is the wine cellar - restaurant that has been made in a suggestive place with panoramic view both from the internal area both from the terrace. Moreover the three internal large rooms, the wine cellar – restaurant has a wonderful terrace with view on the River that goes through the town.

The building is suggested to all the people who want to continue both the accommodation activity both the restaurant activity, but also to the private citizen who wants to change the accommodation activity into a private house (N.B concerning the hotel is very simple to rearrange it,it would be necessary to eliminate the reception area, concerning the restaurant, it can be converted into one or two apartments or into a well being centre with indoor or outdoor swimming pool, etc..)
