PETRER

This delightful finca is very private and is located approximately 2 mins from the town of Petrer and about 30 mins from the blue flag beaches/marina of the lovely City of Alicante.  Petrer and the adjacent town of Elda are separated by just one street.  Together they form the largest urban area of the El Vinalopó Mitja.   Petrer is a Moorish town and the site of one of the most impressive castles in the region thanks to major restoration work.  There is an ample range of shops, supermarkets, shopping centres, schools, medical facilities (including a hospital),  bars, restaurants etc in the area.  Elda has a huge indoor market selling fresh produce 6 days a week and there is a street market on Tuesdays and Saturdays selling clothes, shoes and local products.  Access is excellent with a train station in nearby Elda with fast connections to Alicante, Murcia and the rest of Spain.
