Essentially, my service apartments are entirely self-sufficient. They come with ACs, a phone, fridge, TV sets, a toaster, microwave, right down quality cutlery and crockery that includes  wine-glasses, and satellite music plays from hidden speakers. My apartments  are quiet and serene. And they are covered with greenery. Their best feature is that they come with a trained cook-kum-housekeeper who cooks for guests, washes the dishes, does the laundry, and grocery-shops. Labour in India being inexpensive, there's no extra charges for these services. Incidently when my text says 3-bedroom apartment, each of those bedrooms comes with an attached bathroom. Hey  folks, maybe I'm praising myself too much. Y shud you believe me? Pl don't. If you like, I'll give you the email addresses of a dozen Europeans, Americans and Australians who've stayed in my properties. You can check with them.
My places are elegant but unpretentious. I don't remove every microscopic spot from a wall, because just as our faces and bodies are not 100  perfect, nor can apartments be. Cheers!
