My studio-flat is in  S.PETER , a central and residential district of Rome ( very close by public transport to Trastevere , Gianicolo hill , Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori ). I've restored it for 3 months and now everything is new, pavements ( Parquet ) , furniture in the kitchen and in  the bathroom , there's a new, big and comfortable  double sofa bed, bookshelf , a new desk and so on.  My flat is 35 square meters well organised, it is  perfect for two. It is located in one of the best district of the city ( Prati-Delle Vittorie) It is exactly located in Piazza dei Prati degli Strozzi. This district is quiet and nice , full of trees and just essential shops in the neighbourhood but after 3 minutes walking You have Via Andrea Doria where is located one of the best  market in Rome " Mercato Trionfale " .

There You can find e'thing for house ,fruit, vegetables , meat , fish and so on. this is a very characteristic market with characteristic people, perfect to understand Italian life At the same distance You have Via Candia and Via Cola di Rienzo full of "life" and Shops You have a nice and quiet place where You can work but very close to the crowd and noise of every centre part of big city The flat is well connected with all the part of the city by public transport.The nearest underground tube station is Ottaviano-S.Peter , only 500mt away from the flat.You can easily reach S.Peter and the Vatican Museum because they are both at walking distance. 50 meters away from  the studio there is Piazzale Clodio where 15 local busses start their ride through the city so You can easily reach all the places where there is not the underground ( Porta Portese Market for example or Trastevere. ). The flat is divided in this way: there is a corridor with a built-in wardrobe , bathroom with bath (where You can take a shower as well) and all the furniture ( taps included ) are new and top-level quality, in the corridor there is one arch to go to the kitchen and another one to go to the living room .Every room has a big window ( H. 180 cm ) so the flat is full of light , the kitchen is  a country-style kitchen completely furnished and the living room has a double sofa bed , tv with pre-selected satellite channels , radio , cd player and dvd ( blockbuster is just around the corner.

The price is € 90 euro per night not per  person

The address is Via Augusto Riboty 21, say to the taxi driver Piazzale Clodio.

We have Ottaviano-S.Peter tube station at walking distance .

You can reach from airports Termini tube station and then take the underground line A , Battistini Direction and get out at Ottaviano-San Peter.
