We have two apartments for sale in Al Shahd tower in Sharjah and here are the details:

1) 3 bed rooms, 1 saloon, 1 setting room, 4 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 maid room, and a balcony with a nice
view on Al Khan lake. This one is 272 sq. meter and in the 27th floor, no. 3.

2) 2 bed rooms, 1 saloon, 1 setting room, 4 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 maid room, and a balcony with a
great view on Al Khan lake. This one is 225 sq. meter in the 2 floor, no. 2, and it's with a car
parking.

Both apartments will be ready in Dec.2007. The 3 bedrooms apartment with 1.35 million Dhs net and
the 2 bedrooms apartment with 1.15 million Dhs net.

We still have 2 payments before completion, you will take them over with the developer and the rest
of the amount, We need it cash.

For the 3 bed rooms apartment, you have to pay 2 payments for the developer with 205,400 Dhs for
each; total is 410,800 Dhs. My cash will be 1.35 mDhs - 410,800 = 939,200 Dhs.

For the 2 bed rooms, you have to pay 2 payments for the developer with total of 398,000 Dhs. My cash
will be 1.15 mDhs - 398,000 = 752,000 Dhs.
