The villa is fully furnished and equipped for ten guests plus a baby – everything you need for the perfect holiday – even towels & bedding. Three of the  bedrooms have cable television. The lounge also boasts a DVD player, as well as a video recorder. There is a playstation, with a few games, for ‘virtual’ entertainment, as well as a selection of traditional board games. Just bring your clothes and an empty suitcase to take home all your bargain shopping!!

The Southern Dunes Clubhouse features a superb restaurant and bar – just right for eating out, especially after a round or two!!

There are also three community pools, tennis/basketball courts, fishing lake and kiddies play area within the development.

Our spacious villa sleeps two guests in each of the four bedrooms, plus the sofa in the lounge converts to an extra double bed. There is also a cot and highchair so baby is comfortable too!

There is a full size washer and dryer in the separate utility room – and the whole villa is airconditioned/heated.
