The apartment is located on the top floor of a spectacular building of 1922. It is completely renovated in 2005 by the dutch owners who live there by themselves if not rented out. It lies in a green neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and terraces. The nearby subway (5 minutes walk) gives access to the main areas of Buenos Aires like Palermo, Recoleta, Microcentro and San Telmo.

The appartment is very stylish decorated and furnished. The sunken living has a big corner couch you can crash on after exploring the bustling city and watch a movie on cable tv or DVD with a complete 5.1 sound system. The dining area has a big antique wooden table with 6 chairs. The sunny terrace (20 sqmt) is accessed by large glass sliding doors from either the dining area or the main bedroom. It has an authentic Argentine stone built barbecue and stylish sun chairs.

The main bedroom 20 sqmt has a queen size box spring bed, a ceiling fan, loads of closet space, high quality curtains and black-out and direct access to the terrace. The spare bedroom has a single box spring bed and there's another spare bed at the mezzanine which also features broadband internet access. Linen, sheets, pillows are all new and very high quality.

Both main and spare bedroom have private bathrooms.

The kitchen has an industrial design with a professional stainless steel cooker/oven. Furthermore microwave, coffee filter machine, toaster, large fridge. It has enough cutlery to throw an asado for up to 12 people.
