The kitchen is a double aspect and has built in base units with wooden doors. Off the living room there is a hallway, which has exposed stone walls and a tiled ceramic floor. First Floor:
The staircase leads to a hallway with a wooden floor, wooden beamed ceiling and a window with views over the garden. This hallway leads to three bedrooms.

To the front of the mill there is a spacious covered dining area with a wooden beamed roof. This covered dining area has a built in barbecue and bread oven and overlooks the garden and can be accessed either from the living room or from the side of the property.
The property was originally a water mill and remnants of it's use still remain. There is a stone water-run which has been repointed and provides a unique water feature. There is a stone built font, which is fed by the water-run.
The mill is located in the small village of Aguga in Central Portugal. The larger town of Figueiros dos Vinhos is  seven kilometres away from the property. The house is approximately equal distance to both Lisbon and Porto airports. Driving times to these airports is around two hours.
