There is also a storage room, which is currently being used for storage purposes and has been designed to house the property's central heating boiler. There are three bedrooms to the first floor. There is also a bathroom, which is functional though would benefit from modernisation work. Cottage 1: Located behind the house. The cottage has been connected to both mains water and electricity and measures 72 square metres of construction (footprint). The property has it's own title deed though is being sold together with the main house. The cottage has three bedrooms. There is a hallway, with part glazed wooden doors as well as a rustic style kitchen, bathroom and living room. In addition to this the cottage also has a storage room. There are three rooms to the cottage, though all do need a lot of work to raise it to habitable level. The property is located near the village of Alviobeira, which has several cafe bars, and is close to the historic town of Tomar in Central Portugal. The property is easily accessed from the IC3 Tomar to Coimbra road and is approximately one and a quarter hours' from the closest airport at Lisbon.
