A three bedroom detached house with land for sale near Ansićo in central Portugal. The property which is set on a plot measuring approximately 2,000 square metres, is connected to both mains water and electricity. The property is set over three floors and benefits from double glazing throughout.
The property is in a reasonably good decorative order, though there are some rooms, currently used for storage purposes, which are in need of decoration. The property has stone window and door surrounds and integral roller shutters. The main living accommodation is situated on the first floor of the house and is accessed via an exterior staircase which leads to a veranda at the front of the house.
The main entrance to the house leads into a spacious hallway. Off this hallway, via a set of part glazed, double opening wooden doors is the living room. There is a spacious kitchen to the rear of the house which has a selection of built in base and eye level wooden units with granite work surfaces. The oven and hob are integrated and there is ample room for a dining table. There are three double bedrooms to the first floor, all of which have tiled floors and built in wooden (oak) wardrobes. There is a family sized bathroom which is fully tiled. There are three further rooms to the second floor of the house, which could be used as additional bedrooms if required. These rooms are spacious though do require plastering and floor covering.
The ground floor of the property is habitable and has been used by the current owner as a shop though could be converted back into living accommodation quite easily. There are two further rooms, which have been used as offices and for storage. There is a fully tiled bathroom to this floor with toilet and pedestal sink.
To the rear of the house there is a large detached garage with storage area.
The property is set on a plot measuring approximately 2,000 square metres, the majority of which is all relatively flat. Part of this garden have been landscaped with some mature shrubs in situ. The property is situated in the small hamlet of Junqueira which has several cafes. The larger town of Ansiao is around six kilometres from the property. The closest airport to the property is situated at Porto, which is around one hour and forty minutes by car.
