The property has been built to a high standard and has good views of the valley towards Tomar. The property is double glazed throughout and has traditional style internal wooden shutters. This bedroom also has a set of patio doors which lead out to the covered veranda at the front of the house.

There is a family sized bathroom, which is also partially tiled. This bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet, bidet and hand decorated vanity basin with storage cupboard beneath. There is a laundry room within the property, which has a tiled floor and plumbing installed ready for a washing machine.

The property is set on a plot measuring 3,790 square metres and there is a covered parking area at the rear of the house. This parking area is roofed and does adjoin the neighbouring property though is private. The property has a good selection of mature olive trees and is accessed via a gravel driveway (which also provides access to the neighbouring house). The land is slightly sloping but is large enough to have a swimming pool if required.

The property is situated on the edge of the village of Sao Pedro near Tomar in central Portugal. There are several cafe and restaurants within walking distance of the property and there is also a pharmacy and bank machine within the village. The historic town of Tomar is around 10 minutes drive from the property.
The property is easy to access and has good road links to the IC3 dual carriageway. The property is also a short drive from Castelo do Bode lake, which is popular for all kinds of water sport activities. The closest airport to the property is at Lisbon, which is around one and a half hours' by car.
