The property measures 168.30 square metres of construction and is set on a plot measuring 840 square metres.
The property is in a habitable condition and in a good state of repair. The property is situated within the historic town of Tomar and is within walking distance of all amenities. The property has aluminium framed windows with wooden exterior shutters.
To the front of the house there is a spacious covered veranda which overlooks the property's garden and is ideal for exterior dining. The main entrance to the house leads into the living room, which has a tiled floor. The living room and kitchen are open plan and there is a log burner in situ. Off the kitchen there is a fully tiled, modern style bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet, bidet and double vanity sink with storage cupboards beneath. The property has two bedrooms, both of which have wood laminate floors and built in wooden wardrobes. There is a dining room, accessed off the kitchen, which also has a wood laminate floor. The current owners are using this dining room, which gives access to one of the bedrooms, as a third bedroom.
The house does have an attic, which is accessed externally though there is no staircase at present. The attic is spacious and could be converted into more bedrooms if required with a little work. Adjacent to the house there is a single storey annex, which also has aluminium framed windows with exterior wooden shutters.
The annex has a covered dining area with built in barbecue, food preparation area and bread oven. Within the annex itself there is an open plan kitchen and living room, which has a tiled floor. The kitchen has tiled work surfaces with storage space beneath. There is a fully WC with toilet and pedestal sink off this room. The annex also has two further storage rooms, which are accessed externally. The property has a set of vehicle access gates which lead to an area of hard standing large enough to accommodate up to three or four vehicles. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours' by car.
