The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is
located on the slopes of one of the many hills which make up the foothills of the high peaks of Pratomagno and which at this point gently descend towards the Arno Its position is particularly privileged since combines the peace and tranquillity of the place with the opportunity of making fast and easy trips to the most interesting art cities of central Italy, in Tuscany and Umbria.
We are in the upper Valdarno, just few kilometers away from the Florentine Chianti.

The house is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables,
chairs and canopies, where the swimming pool of 8 x 12 metres is situated, with a part for children (3x3 metres). The apartments have been tastefully finished and furnished in the old Tuscan style. You will find oak beams ceilings, red terracotta floors and iron beds. They are all provided with satellite TV. Laundry room with washing machine available for common use.

Raised ground floor apartment with its own entrance from private
patio, equipped for eating outside. Entrance directly into a spacious Sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, reading lamp, coffee table, table and chairs, kitchen, large bedroom with double bed and single bed, writing table, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires,
kettle,  percolator, mini food processor The supply of glasses ,wine glasses, dishes ( soup plates, shallow  plates,
fruit plates, cutlery is plenty ( 5 x3 = 15 of everything), mugs, breakfast cups, tea pot, plenty of pans, pot.. cutting boards, cutting knives. Candle holders In all the apartments there is a hair dryer.
What the guest find at their arrival:
Mineral water in the refrigerator, a small supply of coffee, tea, sugar,
salt, winegar, our olive oil, if we know that children are in the party we make sure there is also milk.
Small supply of dish detergent, kitchen, detergent, bathroom
detergent, Sponges and dish brush. Toilet paper.
This is to help them and not to compel them to rush out to do shopping if
they do not want.
Convenience store and many others are in the Village of Laterina, there  you
will also find a Bank, a pharmacy, bar and restaurants. 3 km from the houses.
All the area is full of nice places where you can taste the typical  Tuscan
cuisine. Either is Arezzo or in Montevarchi, there are big malls ( that for the standard of the area)
