N8270014 New villa: The house is in the village, Junetz, approx. 40 kilometers from Varna, the third biggest city in Bulgaria.

 It is situated directly by the Black Sea.  The beach is approximately 10 kilometers away.

 The village is surrounded by forest and is just 3 kilometers with the highway to Varna.  Burgas is the lake in the area which provides possibilities for fishing and hunting.
