The apartment is located in Pietrasanta, the ideal place to spend your holidays enjoying the sea and the mountains or to work breathing the elegance of Tuscany. Pietrasanta is very close to a lot of  beaches and to the “ Alpi Apuane “ where Michelangelo went and chose the best marbles for his masterpieces. Along the coast from Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi there are several miles of beautiful, clean and white sandy beaches. A lot of restaurants, shops, stores and supermarkets. Bus and coach services are very efficient, connecting all the localities in Versilia.You can reach “ LE CINQUE TERRE “ ( Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corneglia, Vernazza e Monterosso) in less than one hour by train or one of the best italian place" PORTOFINO" in less than 2 Hours.  From an artistic point of view Pietrasanta is the most interesting town of Versilia and is considered to be the “ capital “.Here Botero , Mitorai , Giò Pomodoro and many others artists have decided to settled for long period of the year.From  Pietrasanta You can easily reach Pisa , Florence , Siena , Lucca and and also Rome. The apartment is situated in the very Historical centre of the town, facing a small square with a nice coffè-bar and an Internet point with dsl tecnology and printers. You can walk ( only two minutes ) to the beautiful Duomo and its Piazza.

You can reach the beach – Marina di Pietrasanta – cycling ( 10 minutes )  in a very suggestive cycle lane along a road under the trees or by bus.

Accomodation

The whole apartment and the whole building ( inside and outside ) has been completely restored on June 2005 , there are only 3 other apartments in the building 2 single person a  nice family so it is the ideal place to have a relaxing time.The period of his construction is the XVI century so all the buildings like this one not only in Pietrasanta but in Rome as well for instance , has no way to have a lift. Fortunately our apartment is at the 2nd  floor ( top floor ) and is not high at all.

The apartment is distributed as follows:

Living/dining room  with TV set, radio and cd player,  a comfortable  sofa bed for 2 – table and cupboard – air conditioning

Kitchen fully furnished with oven and dish washing.

Bathroom with shower.

Bedroom : one very large room divided into two separate parts by a double wardrobe –  1 double bedroom + furniture  -  1 comfortable double bed sofa + furniture – air conditioning.

On the ground floor on the left of the main entrance  a large room with  washing machine, iron and board, sink,  shower ,bicycles and our private and locked parking area.

How to get there

Guests arriving by train , plane or car will have no difficulty reaching Pietrasanta-

By train - Line: Ventimiglia-Torino-Genova-Pisa-Firenze-Roma.  Railway stations: Viareggio ( 5 Km )
