The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is
located on the slopes of one of the many hills which make up the foothills of the high peaks of Pratomagno and which at this point gently descend towards the Arno Its position is particularly privileged since combines the peace and tranquillity of the place with the opportunity of making fast and easy trips to the most interesting art cities of central Italy, in Tuscany and Umbria.
We are in the upper Valdarno, just few kilometers away from the Florentine Chianti.

The house is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables,
chairs and canopies, where the swimming pool of 8 x 12 metres is situated, with a part for children (3x3 metres). The apartments have been tastefully finished and furnished in the old Tuscan style. You will find oak beams ceilings, red terracotta floors and iron beds. They are all provided with satellite TV. Laundry room with washing machine available for common use.

Il Carpano (3+2)
Ground floor apartment with its own entrance , that gives directly into the dining /living room with a double sofa bed, on the right three steps leads into the kitchen ; from the sitting/ dining room  a door  gives into a very spacious double bedroom giving onto a small room with a single bed and onto a very large the bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, electric oven, hobs, percolator, mini food processor, plenty of dishes, cutlery,  glasses ( wine glasses included),kettle, tea pot...all you need to make you feel at home.

What the guest find at their arrival:
Mineral water in the refrigerator, a small supply of coffee, tea, sugar,
salt, winegar, our olive oil, if we know that children are in the party we make sure there is also milk.
Small supply of dish detergent, kitchen, detergent, bathroom
detergent, Sponges and dish brush. Toilet paper.
This is to help them and not to compel them to rush out to do shopping if
they do not want.
Convenience store and many others are in the Village of Laterina, there  you
will also find a Bank, a pharmacy, bar and restaurants. 3 km from the houses.
All the area is full of nice places where you can taste the typical  Tuscan
cuisine. Either is Arezzo or in Montevarchi, there are big malls ( that for the standard of the area)
