The whole estate embraces 7,500 m², of which 2,500 m² are constructed area.
The pousada offers 16 suites, a chalet with 80 m2 and the owner's house with 250 m², containing a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and service area.
There are 2 swimming pools, both of them supplied by pure mineral water from the mountains: a big one containing 250,000 liters and a children's pool.
The event hall covers 500 m² and offers space for diverse activities as a stage, dance floor, kitchen, barbecue area etc.
The breakfast saloon has a capacity for 100 persons.

The pousada is kept fully functional the whole year by 6 persons.
